Over the past 11 years of training going through trial and error and finding what has worked best for me I've seen the best gains finding a balance of power, volume and frequency in my training. I believe this program has all of that. This program also allows you to focus on your weak points and help build a well rounded aesthetic physique.
This is a 6 day Push, Pull, Legs, Repeat program. The volume and frequency is high so it is recommended for intermediate to advanced lifters. I've also included a simple abs routine as well as my technique to growing weak points and target problem areas. Make sure to track all your lifts and utilize the progressive overload principle and you will make Saiyan gains!
