This is a 28 day training program. In this program we utilize training percentages to work and perfect your heavy compound lifts. If you follow this program correctly you will get strong. The heavy compounds will always be your bread and foundation for making gains in the gym. As the accessory work will be the frosting to create a well-balanced aesthetic physique. It is a 6 day Push Pull Legs repeat split. In comparison to my other programs, here we focus a lot more on strength building. The accessory work is very simple and utilized to bring up your lagging body parts. This is recommended for beginner/intermediate lifters. Enjoy and make some SSG gains!
